کچھ تو چہرے پہ خون رہنے دے

تھوڑا دل میں سکون رہنے دے

کون سا سو برس جیوں گا میں

مجھ پہ اس کا جنون رہنے دے

سائباں چھین لے مگر اے دوست

میری خاطر ستون رہنے دے

میں تو جاہل ہوں مجھ کو مطلب کیا

ذکر علم و فنون رہنے دے

سخت دشوار ہے جئے جانا

زندگی پر سکون رہنے دے

گرم رکھتا ہے سرد موسم میں

لمس کو مثل اون رہنے دے

میں فرشتہ نہیں ہوں رامزؔ ہوں

مجھ کو خوار و زبون رہنے دے

kaun sa sau baras jiyunga main
mujh pe us ka junun rahne de

saeban chhin le magar ai dost

main to jahil hun mujh ko matlab kya
zikr-e-ilm-o-funun rahne de

saKHt dushwar hai jiye jaana
zindagi pur-sukun rahne de

garm rakhta hai sard mausam mein
