جی اٹھے لفظ تو میں خوف سے مر جاؤں گا
کون خوشبو سے ہواؤں کا بدن چھینتا ہے
تو مرے ساتھ رہے گا میں جدھر جاؤں گا
ریگ ساحل سے رہی اپنی شناسائی تو پھر
ایک دن گہرے سمندر میں اتر جاؤں گا
چاند تاروں کی طرح میں بھی ہوں گردش میں رشیدؔ
ہاں اگر تو نے پکارا تو ٹھہر جاؤں گا
