صلاح الدین ایوب

دل یہ بولے کہ باندھ رخت سفر

اور ذہن آئے بیڑیاں بن کر

اب اذیت ترا مقدر ہے

تو نکل جا یا دیکھ لے رک کر

ہاں مگر ایک ایک لمحہ وہ

جو تو اس کشمکش سے گزرے گا

اک حسیں باب بن کے یادوں کا

عمر بھر تیرے ساتھ ٹھہرے گا

وہ سفر جو نہ طے کیا تو نے

پیار سے بار بار چھیڑے گا

dil ye bole ki bandh raKHt-e-safar
aur zehn aae beDiyan ban kar
ab aziyyat tera muqaddar hai
tu nikal ja ya dekh le ruk kar
han magar ek ek lamha wo
jo tu is kashmakash se guzrega
ek hasin bab ban ke yaadon ka
umr bhar tere sath Thahrega
wo safar jo na tai kiya tu ne
pyar se bar bar chheDega
