مجھ کو مرے مزاج سے بہتر بنائیے
حکم غنی سے آئے تو ہم آ چکے بہت
لفظوں پہ التماس کی خوشبو لگائیے
اپنی انا پہ ظلم نہ کیجے مسافرین
کہہ کیوں رہے ہیں آپ کہ جاتے ہیں جائیے
غم پنچھیو میں آپ کی عمدہ خوراک ہوں
اے دشمنو پلیز مجھے نوچ کھائیے
بحر امید قرب میں خود وصل ہو چکا
کتنے ہی اب فراق کے قصے سنائیے
پتھرا چکا ہے آپ کے آنے کا راستہ
پلکیں بچھائیے کہ اب آنکھیں بچھائیے

lafzon pe iltimas ki KHushbu lagaiye

kah kyon rahe hain aap ki jate hain jaiye
gham panchhiyo main aap ki umda KHurak hun
ai dushmano please mujhe noch khaiye
bahr-e-umid-e-qurb main KHud wasl ho chuka
kitne hi ab firaq ke qisse sunaiye
pathra chuka hai aap ke aane ka rasta
palken bichhaiye ki ab aankhen bichhaiye
