بات میں پوری کہانی کھول کر
روح کے چھالے ابھر آتے ہیں پھر
دیکھتا ہوں جب جوانی کھول کر
ایک کے اندر ہزاروں تھیں رکھی
ایک دن دیکھا کہانی کھول کر
لگ گیا ہاتھوں میں تب بے رنگ خون
میں نے جب دیکھا تھا پانی کھول کر
خامشی اپنی بچا لیتا ہوں یوں
بولتا ہوں بے زبانی کھول کر
