اس شہر کی تو شان و شوکت اور بھی بڑھ گئی ہوگی

قاصد تو اس کے شہر سے آیا ہے یہ تیری چال بتا رہی ہے

عشق سے نجات پا کر قاصد وہ اور بھی خوبصورت ہو گئی ہوگی

قاصد اس کے سامنے تم نے جب میرا ذکر کیا ہوگا

اس کی آنکھیں تو نمی سے بھر گئی ہوگی

اب تو اس کی زندگی میں کوئی اور آگیا ہے

کیا اب وہ مجھے بھول گئی ہوگی
