PB-29 Balochistan Assembly Quetta-VI - Results in 2008 Provincial General Election

In 2008 General Provincial Balochistan Election, Mir Muhammad Amin Umrani from Pakistan Peoples Party Parliamentarians was elected as Member Balochistan Assembly MPA, and got 11078 votes, the second runner up was Mir Abdul Ghafoor Lehri from Pakistan Muslim League who got 10801 votes. 13 candidates from different political parties & independent candidates contested in the election.
In Election 2008, there were total 122074 voters registered in PB-29, out of which 26770 votes were polled out, 25642 votes were valid and 1128 votes were rejected. The total percentage of valid votes was 21.82 % for PB-29 constituency of Balochistan.
