یہ جو ہم کھوئے کھوئے رہتے ہیں

ڈوبنا ذات کے سمندر میں

ہے یہ طوفان بھی کنارا بھی

اب مجھے نیند ہی نہیں آتی

خواب ہے خواب کا سہارا بھی

لوگ جیتے ہیں کس طرح اجملؔ

ہم سے ہوتا نہیں گزارا بھی
