جو پی رہا ہے سدا خون بے گناہوں کا
وہ شخص تو ہے نمائندہ کج کلاہوں کا
جسے بھی چاہا صلیب ستم پہ کھینچ دیا
فقیہ شہر تو قائل نہیں گواہوں کا
ہم اہل دل ہیں صداقت ہمارا شیوہ ہے
ہمیں ڈرا نہ سکے گا جلال شاہوں کا
ہر ایک قدر کو رسوائیاں ملیں ان سے
عجیب سا رہا کردار دیں پناہوں کا
مری زمین کو مقبوضہ تو زمیں نہ سمجھ
کہ ٹوٹنے کو ہے افسوں تری سپاہوں کا
ابھی تو عزم سفر بھی کیا نہ تھا ہم نے
کہ جاگ اٹھا ہر اک ذرہ شاہراہوں کا
