بہار آئی ہے پھر جھوم کر سحاب اٹھا

کہاں ہے مطرب رنگیں نوا رباب اٹھا

جواز مے کا مخالف اگر ہے اے واعظ

کہاں لکھا ہے دکھا لا اٹھا کتاب اٹھا

فضا میں کھول دئے ہیں گھٹاؤں نے گیسو

نہیں ہے جام نہ ہو شیشۂ شراب اٹھا

ہر ایک پھول میں رقصاں ہے کائنات جمال

بہار آئی کہ ہے اک محشر شباب اٹھا

کہاں کے دیر و حرم جستجوئے جلوہ گر

یہی نقاب ہے آنکھوں سے یہ نقاب اٹھا

نسیم صبح سے شاخیں ملیں تو میں سمجھا

کہ حسن عالم طفلی میں نیم خواب اٹھا

لباس ماہ میں احسانؔ دیکھ کون آیا

نگاہ سوئے فلک خانماں خراب اٹھا
