پہلے قبرستان آتا ہے پھر اپنی بستی آتی ہے

فرحت احساس

پہلے قبرستان آتا ہے پھر اپنی بستی آتی ہے

جانے کتنی قبروں سے ہو کر شمع ہستی آتی ہے

چڑھ کر ساری شرابیں جب اوقات پہ اپنی آ جاتی ہیں

چڑھتا ہے دریائے خوں اور مٹی کو مستی آتی ہے

روشنی اس کی ڈاک سے آنے میں تو زمانے لگ جاتے ہیں

اس دوران اک نور کی چٹھی کبھی کبھی دستی آتی ہے

بازار ہستی جاتے ہیں کیا کیا خواہش لے کر لیکن

موت خرید کے لے آتے ہیں کیوں کہ ذرا سستی آتی ہے

کچی مٹی کے فرحتؔ احساس ذرا پانی میں سنبھل کر

دریا میں تم خوب نہاتے ہو جب بھی مستی آتی ہے
