اسیر خاک بھی ہوں خاک سے رہا بھی ہوں میں

فرحت احساس

اسیر خاک بھی ہوں خاک سے رہا بھی ہوں میں

میں جی رہا ہوں تو دیکھو مرا پڑا بھی ہوں میں

میں ایک لمحۂ حاضر بلا سیاق و سباق

اور اپنے لمحۂ حاضر کا حافظہ بھی ہوں میں

میں ایک فرد صف آرا معاشرے کے خلاف

اور ایک فرد میں پورا معاشرہ بھی ہوں میں

نکل بھی آیا ہوں اس کوچۂ تغافل سے

اور اس کے در پہ بہت سا پڑا ہوا بھی ہوں میں

میں اپنی خاک میں لت پتھ پڑا ہوا ہوں ابھی

مگر نہ بھول کہ پروردۂ ہوا بھی ہوں میں

کسی بھی لفظ کے جیسا نہیں ہے لفظ مرا

ادھر ادھر سے بہت سا کہا سنا بھی ہوں میں

اگرچہ ٹھیک سے بندہ بھی میں نہیں احساسؔ

مگر کبھی کبھی اک لمحۂ خدا بھی ہوں میں
