فوزیہ بشیر علوی

چائے کی پتّی نے سوال کر ڈالا

قلب و ذہن کی تسکین میں بڑھاتی ہوں

حقیر نہ جانو مجھے شان محفل کہلاتی ہوں

آنگن میں، سرائے میں، مہمان کی توقیر سمجھی جاتی ہوں

غم میں، خوشی میں، لمحہ فرصت و تغافل میں

لبّوں سے نہ چھوٹے وہ جام بن جاتی ہوں

دیوانہ ہے کوئی میرا، کوئی پابند روایت کا

کہیں توقف سے نظر آتی، کہیں حرز جاں بن جاتی ہوں

نہ دامن چھڑا پاؤ گے، نہ نظریں ہی چراؤ گے

ذائقہ، سلیقہ، حسن و طریقہ، منسوب ہیں مجھ سے

رسوم میں، تقریب میں، دعوت کی شان بڑھاتی ہوں

میں چائے ہوں، شدّت موسم میں

جذبات کی حدت میں، کرب و ندرت میں

پینے اور پلانے کا انوکھا ظرف پاتی ہوں
