وہ شخص جس کا مجھے نام بھی نہیں آتا

اسی کی شکل مجھے چاند میں نظر آئے

وہ ماہ رخ جو لب بام بھی نہیں آتا

کروں گا کیا جو محبت میں ہو گیا ناکام

مجھے تو اور کوئی کام بھی نہیں آتا

بٹھا دیا مجھے دریا کے اس کنارے پر

جدھر حباب تہی جام بھی نہیں آتا

چرا کے خواب وہ آنکھوں کو رہن رکھتا ہے

اور اس کے سر کوئی الزام بھی نہیں آتا
