لمحہ لمحہ کسی کی یادیں تھیں

روز و شب تھے مگر عذاب کے تھے

اس کا چہرہ تھا اور شیشوں میں

عکس کھلتے ہوئے گلاب کے تھے

گرد رہ تھی میان منزل و دل

دھندلے دھندلے نقوش خواب کے تھے
