جوہر رحمانی

ہر غم کو بھول جاؤ دوالی کی رات ہے

آؤ دئے جلاؤ دوالی کی رات ہے

ہر دیپ دے رہا ہے نئی صبح کا پیام

اب تم بھی مسکراؤ دوالی کی رات ہے

میں نے بھی کچھ چراغ محبت جلائے ہیں

بچو قریب آؤ دوالی کی رات ہے

چھوٹے بڑوں کا بھید نہ رکھو دلوں میں آج

سب کو قریب لاؤ دوالی کی رات ہے

ہنستا ہے یہ دوالی کا اک اک چراغ آج

ہونٹوں پہ گل کھلاؤ مٹھائی اڑاؤ موج

اور پھلجھڑی چھڑاؤ دوالی کی رات ہے

har gham ko bhul jao diwali ki raat hai
aao diye jalao diwali ki raat hai
har dip de raha hai nai subh ka payam
ab tum bhi muskurao diwali ki raat hai
main ne bhi kuchh charagh-e-mohabbat jalae hain
bachcho qarib aao diwali ki raat hai
chhoTe baDon ka bhed na rakkho dilon mein aaj
sab ko qarib lao diwali ki raat hai
hansta hai ye diwali ka ek ek charagh aaj
honTon pe gul khilao miThai uDao mauj
aur phuljhaDi chuDao diwali ki raat hai
