پاس آ کر دفعتاً جب دور ہو جائے کوئی
ہائے وہ عالم کہ یوں رنجور ہو جائے کوئی
خودکشی کے واسطے گھر سے نکل پڑتا ہے وہ
جب کبھی حالات سے مجبور ہو جائے کوئی
یہ علامت اس کے اپنے ظرف کی پہچان ہے
بھول کر اوقات جب مغرور ہو جائے کوئی
یہ سراپا گل بدن تو مے کدہ جیسا لگے
دیکھ کر آنکھیں تری مخمور ہو جائے کوئی
یہ تو اے نیرؔ کسی بھی معجزے سے کم نہیں
دیکھتے ہی دیکھتے مشہور ہو جائے کوئی
