عقل کے جال میں پھنسی ہی نہیں

عقل کے جال میں پھنسی ہی نہیں

زندگی آج تک کھلی ہی نہیں

مجھ میں جیتا رہا سدا کوئی

زندگی اپنی میں نے جی ہی نہیں

سخت اتنی انا کی تھی دیوار

پھر کسی بھی طرح گری ہی نہیں

میں نے دنیا سمیٹ لی تو کھلا

کام کی کوئی چیز تھی ہی نہیں

چاند کے ساتھ ہو گئی رخصت

جیسے وہ اس جہاں کی تھی ہی نہیں

جس سے سیراب روح ہو جاتی

ایسی بارش کبھی ہوئی ہی نہیں

سینکڑوں زخم ہیں زمانے کے

دل میں یادوں کی اک انی ہی نہیں

قید آنکھوں میں ہے بیاباں بھی

غم کے کوزے میں اک ندی ہی نہیں

mujh mein jita raha sada koi
zindagi apni main ne ji hi nahin

saKHt itni ana ki thi diwar
phir kisi bhi tarah giri hi nahin

main ne duniya sameT li to khula
kaam ki koi chiz thi hi nahin

chand ke sath ho gai ruKHsat
jaise wo is jahan ki thi hi nahin

jis se sairab ruh ho jati
aisi barish kabhi hui hi nahin

sainkaDon zaKHm hain zamane ke
dil mein yaadon ki ek ani hi nahin

qaid aankhon mein hai bayaban bhi
gham ke kuze mein ek nadi hi nahin
