لوگ پاگل بنائے جا چکے ہیں

اب نیا کیا بنا رہے ہو تم

گاؤں کی جھاڑیاں بتا رہی ہیں

شہر میں گل کھلا رہے ہو تم

ایک تو ہم اداس ہیں اس پر

شاعروں کو بلا رہے ہو تم

اور کس نے تمہیں نہیں دیکھا

اور کس کے خدا رہے ہو تم

پھول کس نے قبول کرنے ہیں

جب تلک مسکرا رہے ہو تم
