کتنی طاقت کی ضرورت ہے بھلا

زیست کا یہ بوجھ اٹھاتے کیسے ہیں

درد کا امکاں نہ ہو کچھ اس طرح

زخم پر مرہم لگاتے کیسے ہیں

ان اندھیروں سے گزر کر خواب یہ

چشم تک پھر آتے جاتے کیسے ہیں

احدؔ بولو کیا تمہیں معلوم ہے

راستہ اپنا بناتے کیسے ہیں
