طور جنوں کے بدلے لیکن سوز محبت اب بھی وہی ہے

عمر کی اس منزل پر بھی ہم تجھ پر جان نچھاور کر دیں

گو وہ گرمی خوں میں نہیں ہے دل میں قیامت اب بھی وہی ہے

تم کیا جانو جینا مرنا ہم نے کن شرطوں پر سیکھا

آج بھی ایسے لوگ ہیں جن میں شوق شہادت اب بھی وہی ہے

کیسے کیسے مرحلے گزرے جن میں اس نے ساتھ دیا تھا

بھول گئے ہم لیکن اس کی ہم پہ عنایت اب بھی وہی ہے

کتنے کوہ گراں کاٹے ہیں کتنے صنم تراشے آزرؔ

شوق ظہور کی ہر پتھر میں رقصاں وحشت اب بھی وہی ہے
