میں اپنے آپ سے بے حد لڑا ہوں

تبھی قد سے زیادہ میں بڑا ہوں

یہاں رشتوں سے چیزیں بن رہی ہیں

درازوں میں کسی خط میں پڑا ہوں

یہ دنیا الٹی ہوتی جا رہی ہے

کہ میں اب اپنے پیروں پر کھڑا ہوں

یہ سارے لوگ جو مجھ سے بڑے ہیں

کبھی کہتے تھے میں ان سے بڑا ہوں

یہ خالی پن جسے گھر کہہ رہے ہو

کسی دیوار پر میں بھی جڑا ہوں
