عشق کا ایسا تو میعار نہیں ہو سکتا

ایک ہی شخص سے دو بار نہیں ہو سکتا

دل یہ کہتا ہے وہی شخص ہے دھڑکن کا سبب

دل کی اِس بات سے انکار نہیں ہو سکتا

سب تجھے دیکھنے آئے ہیں مسیحا میرے

شہر کا شہر تو بیمار نہیں ہو سکتا

میں نے آنکھوں کو سکھایا ہے سلیقہ ایسا

اب کوئی اشک بھی بیکار نہیں ہو سکتا

مسکراتے ہوئے گزرا ہے یہاں سے کوئی

راستہ یوں ہی تو گلزار نہیں ہو سکتا

مار ڈالے نہ کہیں تجھ کو سہاروں کا جنوں

ہر کوئی شخص تو دیوار نہیں ہو سکتا

لوٹ آیا ہے تو کیا اپنا بنا لوں پھر سے؟

ہو نہیں سکتا مرے یار ، نہیں ہو سکتا
