جو ملا اس زندگی میں شخص تھا الجھا ہوا

کھل گیا جب ہم سے تو پھر ہم سے بھی پردہ ہوا

وقت کی بے کارگی میں قید ہے یہ زندگی

پھر برا ہو گا بہت کچھ بھی نہ گر اچھا ہوا

اب کیوں مجھ کو ڈراتے ہو برے انجام سے

ہر الم بھی اب تو ہے اعجازؔ کا دیکھا ہوا
