خوشی سے پھول نہ اتنا بھی اِس رہائی پر

کہ مطمئن ہے مرا دل بھی اب جدائی پر

میں اس لئے بھی نکالا گیا تھا کالج سے

کہ اُس کی ساری توجہ رہی پڑھائی پر

یہ کیا کہ پردہ کیا تو ہمی سے کر ڈالا

ابھارا کس نے تمھیں ایسی بے حیائی پر

میں اس کو بھول کے آگے نکلنے والا تھا

دلِ خبیث مگر اڑ گیا ڈِھٹائی پر

کوئی تو معجزہ کر دے کبھی تو سامنے آ

سوال اٹھنے لگے ہیں تری خدائی پر

خلوص دل سے تمھیں جان جان کہتے ہیں

زرا تو شرم کرو ہم سے بے وفائی پر

نہیں کہ دل ہی کو سہنا پڑا ترا صدمہ

یہ دیکھ چھُریاں چلی تھیں مری کلائی پر

ہمارے زخم پہ گاوں کی خاک مل دیجے

یقیں نہیں ہے ہمیں شہر کی دوائی پر

تجھے میں چھوڑ بھی سکتا ہوں یاد رکھ یہ بات

بہت برا ہوں جو آ جاوں اپنی آئی پر

نکما عشق نے ہم کو بھی کر دیا فیصلؔ

پڑے ہوئے ہیں مہینے سے چارپائی پر
