سیاہ راتوں میں گمشدہ منزلوں کو رستہ دکھا رہا ہے

جھلستے موسم میں منحرف ہے پرائے پیڑوں کی چھاؤں تک سے

انا کا رتبہ بڑھایا اس نے وہ اپنی شرطوں پہ جی رہا ہے

ہوا کی مرضی دیا بجھائے یا خوشبوؤں کو رہائی دے دے

کہیں پہ دیوار ہے یہ گویا کہیں کہیں پر یہ راستہ ہے

تو جانتا ہے تری نظر سے ہر ایک منظر کو دیکھتی ہوں

تجھے پتہ ہے کہ تیری آنکھوں کا رنگ بالکل مری طرح ہے

بدلتی رت میں بدل گیا ہے ہماری نظروں کا زاویہ بھی

اداس پتوں پہ روپ آیا خزاں کا چہرہ دمک رہا ہے

گزر چکا ہے وہ اس سڑک سے بڑی خموشی کے ساتھ اب کے

یہ کوئی دستک نہیں ہے در پر، ہوا کی سازش ہے، واہمہ ہے

یہ تیری نسبت کا فیض ہے جو ٹلے ہوئے ہیں عذاب سارے

یہ میری دنیا میں اب تلک جو بھی خیر ہے وہ تری دعا ہے
