ابتدا بگڑی انتہا بگڑی
ابن آدم کی ہر ادا بگڑی
چارہ سازوں کی چارہ سازی سے
اور بیمار کی دشا بگڑی
باز آیا نہ اپنی فطرت سے
میری ناصح سے بارہا بگڑی
بن گیا مرجع خلائق دشت
شہر کی اس قدر فضا بگڑی
نام رکھا گیا سموم اس کا
لالہ و گل سے جب صبا بگڑی
مے کدے میں بھی دیکھ کر نہ کہو
نیت شیخ پارسا بگڑی
ترک الفت کے بعد تو آتشؔ
بات پہلے سے بھی سوا بگڑی
