کچھ دئے کا نام بھی تحریر کر

ہے حصار ذات کے باہر شکست

تو مرے اندر مجھے تعمیر کر

فرقتوں کا زہر مجھ کو پچ گیا

گردش دوراں مری توقیر کر

یا بدن کی قید سے آزاد کر

یا کسی غم سے مجھے زنجیر کر

خواب آنکھوں میں اگر رکھے ہیں تو

پھر ہتھیلی پر بھی کچھ تحریر کر

کچھ دئے کے دکھ سنا مجھ کو امیرؔ

کچھ ہوا کے نام بھی تحریر کر
