محبت میں کوئی صدمہ اٹھانا چاہئے تھا
بشریٰ اعجاز
محبت میں کوئی صدمہ اٹھانا چاہئے تھا
بھلایا تھا جسے وہ یاد آنا چاہئے تھا
گری تھیں گھر کی دیواریں تو صحن دل میں ہم کو
گھروندے کا کوئی نقشہ بنانا چاہئے تھا
اٹھانا چاہئے تھی راکھ شہر آرزو کی
پھر اس کے بعد اک طوفان اٹھانا چاہئے تھا
کوئی تو بات کرنا چاہئے تھی خود سے آخر
کہیں تو مجھ کو بھی یہ دل لگانا چاہئے تھا
کبھی تو اہتمام آرزو بھی تھا ضروری
کوئی تو زیست کرنے کا بہانا چاہئے تھا
مری اپنی اور اس کی آرزو میں فرق یہ تھا
مجھے بس وہ اسے سارا زمانہ چاہئے تھا

bhulaya tha jise wo yaad aana chahiye tha
giri thin ghar ki diwaren to sehn-e-dil mein hum ko
gharaunde ka koi naqsha banana chahiye tha
uThana chahiye thi rakh shahr-e-arzu ki
phir is ke baad ek tufan uThana chahiye tha
koi to baat karna chahiye thi KHud se aaKHir
kahin to mujh ko bhi ye dil lagana chahiye tha
kabhi to ehtimam-e-arzu bhi tha zaruri
koi to zist karne ka bahana chahiye tha
meri apni aur us ki aarzu mein farq ye tha
mujhe bas wo use sara zamana chahiye tha
