فرحت زاہد

چار سُو برف سی جمی پڑی ہے

زندگی ہے کہ بے بسی پڑٰی ہے

وہ کبھی آئے تو سُنائونگی

مُجھ میں اِک بات اَن کہی پڑی ہے

ایک پل بھی نہیں ہے اپنے لیئے

اور کہنے کو زندگی پڑی ہے

ایک پیالے میں خواب رکھے ہیں

ایک بستے میں شاعری پڑی ہے

ایک رُت تھی کہ خوش نمُو تھی بہت

اب تلک آنکھ میں نمی پڑی ہے

کس لیئے چھوڑ دوں سنورنا میں

اُسکی آنکھوں میں دلبری پڑی ہے
