بوسہ نہ دے گلے نہ لگا ہاتھ مت ملا
اے یار خوش جمال مگر سامنے تو آ
دو چار گز کے فاصلے سے مسکرا کے دیکھ
دو چار گز کے فاصلے تک آ کے لوٹ جا
یا گھر میں بیٹھ اور مجھے تصویر بھیج دے
فصل وبا میں وصل کا انداز ہے جدا
کھڑکی سے جھانک جھانک کے خوش ہو اے روئے خوش
پٹ کھول دیکھ دیکھ کے کچھ دیر مسکرا
گزریں وبا کے دن تو بغل گیر ہوویں گے
ارمان ضبط کر اے مرے یار تھم ذرا

khiDki se jhank jhank ke KHush ho ai ru-e-KHush
paT khol dekh dekh ke kuchh der muskura
guzren waba ke din to baghal-gir howenge
