سارے رشتے تباہ کر آیا

دل برباد اپنے گھر آیا

آخرش خون تھوکنے سے میاں

بات میں تیری کیا اثر آیا

تھا خبر میں زیاں دل و جاں کا

ہر طرف سے میں بے خبر آیا

اب یہاں ہوش میں کبھی اپنے

نہیں آؤں گا میں اگر آیا

میں رہا عمر بھر جدا خود سے

یاد میں خود کو عمر بھر آیا

وہ جو دل نام کا تھا ایک نفر

آج میں اس سے بھی مکر آیا

مدتوں بعد گھر گیا تھا میں

جاتے ہی میں وہاں سے ڈر آیا
