دل نہیں مرا گویا ان کی راجدھانی ہے

گھاس کے گھروندے سے زور آزمائی کیا

آندھیاں بھی پگلی ہیں برق بھی دوانی ہے

شاید ان کے دامن نے پونچھ دیں مری آنکھیں

آج میرے اشکوں کا رنگ زعفرانی ہے

پوچھتے ہو کیا بابا کیا ہوا دل زندہ

وہ مرا دل زندہ آج آنجہانی ہے

کیفؔ تجھ کو دنیا نے کیا سے کیا بنا ڈالا

یار اب ترے منہ پر رنگ ہے نہ پانی ہے
