بزم میں جو ترا ظہور نہیں

شمع روشن کے منہ پہ نور نہیں

کتنی باتیں بنا کے لاؤں ایک

یاد رہتی ترے حضور نہیں

خوب پہچانتا ہوں تیرے تئیں

اتنا بھی تو میں بے شعور نہیں

قتل ہی کر کہ اس میں راحت ہے

لازم اس کام میں مرور نہیں

فکر مت کر ہمارے جینے کا

تیرے نزدیک کچھ یہ دور نہیں

پھر جئیں گے جو تجھ سا ہے جاں بخش

ایسا جینا ہمیں ضرور نہیں

عام ہے یار کی تجلی میرؔ

خاص موسیٰ و کوہ طور نہیں
