مغنی تبسم

مجھے یاد ہے تری گفتگو جو فضا میں تھی

مجھے یاد ہے تری آرزو

تری آرزو کے قریب ہی

مری زندگی تھی کھڑی ہوئی

مرے راستے میں ہر ایک سمت رکاوٹیں تھی اٹی ہوئی

مجھے یاد ہے

وہ انا بدست سوال بھی

وہ خیال بھی

کوئی حادثہ جو شریک ہو تو سفر کٹے

کہ یہ دائرہ تو قفس ہے جس کا محیط مرگ دوام ہے

مجھے زندگی کا شرار جستہ عزیز تھا

کہ میں دائرے سے نکل گیا

تری آرزو سے خجل ہوں میں

مجھے اپنے عہد کا پاس کچھ بھی نہیں رہا

mujhe yaad hai teri guftugu jo faza mein thi
mujhe yaad hai teri aarzu
teri aarzu ke qarib hi
meri zindagi thi khaDi hui
mere raste mein har ek samt rukawaTen thi aTi hui

mujhe yaad hai
wo ana-ba-dast sawal bhi
wo KHayal bhi
koi hadsa jo sharik ho to safar kaTe
ki ye daera to qafas hai jis ka muhit marg-e-dawam hai
mujhe zindagi ka sharar-e-jasta aziz tha
ki main daere se nikal gaya
teri aarzu se KHajil hun main
mujhe apne ahd ka pas kuchh bhi nahin raha
