مجھے یاد آ رہا ہے کوئی آنسوؤں میں ڈھل کے

کوئی آ گیا یہاں بھی مرے ساتھ ساتھ چل کے

اک پل قرار آتا دو دن کی زندگی میں

بے چینیاں ہی ملتیں صورت بدل بدل کے

ہم مفلسوں کی جھولی خالی ہے دل بھرے ہیں

سمجھا کے راہزن کو ہم آئے بچ نکل کے

کچھ تو قلیلؔ تم بھی اپنا خیال رکھنا

مقتل میں ڈھل گئے ہیں کچھ شہر آج کل کے

koi aa gaya yahan bhi mere sath sath chal ke

bechainiyan hi miltin surat badal badal ke

hum muflison ki jholi KHali hai dil bhare hain
samjha ke rahzan ko hum aae bach nikal ke
