پرانے رستوں پہ کوئی کیا راستہ بنائے

اسے بنانا ہے تو جدا راستہ بنائے

میں اس کی تحویل میں دیا کھو چکی ہوں اب تو

عجب نہیں خود ہوا مرا راستہ بنائے

مجھے یقیں ہے کہ پانیوں پر بھی چل سکوں گی

بغیر کشتی بہ زور پا راستہ بنائے

میں اپنی حجت تمام کر کے رکی ہوئی ہوں

اب اس سے آگے مرا خدا راستہ بنائے

جسے سہولت نے راستوں میں بٹھا دیا ہو

وہ اپنی منزل کی سمت کیا راستہ بنائے

main us ki tahwil mein diya kho chuki hun ab to
ajab nahin KHud hawa mera rasta banae

mujhe yaqin hai ki paniyon par bhi chal sakungi
baghair kashti ba-zor-e-pa rasta banae

main apni hujjat tamam kar ke ruki hui hun
ab us se aage mera KHuda rasta banae

jise suhulat ne raston mein biTha diya ho
wo apni manzil ki samt kya rasta banae
