تو جو اب میرے مقابل پہ کھڑا بولتا ہے

تو جو اب میرے مقابل پہ کھڑا بولتا ہے

یہ ذرا مجھ کو بتا کتنا مجھے جانتا ہے

اس سہولت سے تو میں سانس نہیں لیتا ہوں

جس سہولت سے مرا رزق مجھے ملتا ہے

جس سے ملتے ہو اسے اپنا سمجھ بیٹھتے ہو

اک ملاقات میں ہر شخص کہاں کھلتا ہے

اس لیے ختم نہیں ہوتا کبھی رنج حیات

سانس لیتا ہوں تو ہر زخم ہرا ہوتا ہے

اب مجھے ڈھلتی ہوئی عمر کا افسوس نہیں

آسرا میرے بڑھاپے کا مرا بیٹا ہے

tu jo ab mere muqabil pe khaDa bolta hai
ye zara mujh ko bata kitna mujhe jaanta hai

is suhulat se to main sans nahin leta hun
jis suhulat se mera rizq mujhe milta hai

jis se milte ho use apna samajh baiThte ho
ek mulaqat mein har shaKHs kahan khulta hai

is liye KHatm nahin hota kabhi ranj-e-hayat
sans leta hun to har zaKHm hara hota hai

ab mujhe Dhalti hui umr ka afsos nahin
aasra mere buDhape ka mera beTa hai
