PK-54 Khyber Pakhtunkhawah Assembly Mardan-VII - Results in 2008 Provincial General Election

In 2008 General Provincial Khyber Pakhtunkhawah Election, Syed Ahmad Hussain Shah from Pakistan Peoples Party Parliamentarians was elected as Member Khyber Pakhtunkhawah Assembly MPA, and got 17139 votes, the second runner up was Syed Mazhar Ali Qasim Shah from Pakistan Muslim League who got 15588 votes. 7 candidates from different political parties & independent candidates contested in the election.
In Election 2008, there were total 145407 voters registered in PK-54, out of which 49782 votes were polled out, 50125 votes were valid and 1258 votes were rejected. The total percentage of valid votes was 34.23 % for PK-54 constituency of Khyber Pakhtunkhawah.
