PK-72 Khyber Pakhtunkhawah Assembly Peshawar-VII - Results in 2008 Provincial General Election

In 2008 General Provincial Khyber Pakhtunkhawah Election, Adnan Khan from Independent was elected as Member Khyber Pakhtunkhawah Assembly MPA, and got 15121 votes, the second runner up was Hamid Shah from Mutthida majlis-e-amal pakistan who got 12972 votes. 7 candidates from different political parties & independent candidates contested in the election.
In Election 2008, there were total 92324 voters registered in PK-72, out of which 43857 votes were polled out, 43366 votes were valid and 491 votes were rejected. The total percentage of valid votes was 47.5 % for PK-72 constituency of Khyber Pakhtunkhawah.
