PK-28 Khyber Pakhtunkhawah Assembly Battagram-I - Results in 2008 Provincial General Election

In 2008 General Provincial Khyber Pakhtunkhawah Election, Hafiz Akhtar Ali from Mutthida majlis-e-amal pakistan was elected as Member Khyber Pakhtunkhawah Assembly MPA, and got 10803 votes, the second runner up was Gohar Ali Shah from Awami National Party who got 10414 votes. 6 candidates from different political parties & independent candidates contested in the election.
In Election 2008, there were total 90075 voters registered in PK-28, out of which 31179 votes were polled out, 30313 votes were valid and 875 votes were rejected. The total percentage of valid votes was 34.61 % for PK-28 constituency of Khyber Pakhtunkhawah.
