Results of PS-12 Shikarpur-II Bye-Election held on 22 August 2013

The Bye-Election was held on 22nd August 2013 in Provincial Sindh Assembly constituency PS-12 Shikarpur-II. Abid Hussain Bhaio from Pakistan Peoples Party Parliamentarians got 34719 votes and was elected as Member Provincial Assembly (MPA). The first runner up was Ameer Ali Jatoi from Independent who got 32017 votes. Total 6 candidates from different political parties & independent candidates participated in the Bye-Election. There were total 125033 voters registered in PS-12, out of which 68762 votes were polled out, 66957 votes were valid and 1805 votes were rejected. The total percentage of valid votes was 54.9 % for PS-12 constituency of National Assembly.
