مرے پاؤں کے نیچے بھی زمیں ہے
مجھے ہجرت کا کوئی دکھ نہیں ہے
کبھی نا آشنا تجھے سارے رستے
مگر ہر راستہ اب دل نشیں ہے
کبھی سارے ہی موسم اجنبی تھے
مگر اب دل میں ہر موسم مکیں ہے
کبھی میرا بدن ہی تھا یہاں پر
مگر اب دل کی دنیا بھی یہیں ہے
کبھی ہر شام بے منظر یہاں تھی
مگر ہر شام اب بے حد حسیں ہے
تو کیا میں نقش ماضی بھول بیٹھا
نہیں ایسا نہیں ایسا نہیں ہے
ہوائیں دوست بن جائیں جہاں پر
وہی اشفاقؔ دل کی سر زمیں ہے
