ابھی تجھ سے ملتا جلتا کوئی دوسرا کہاں ہے

وہی شخص جس پہ اپنے دل و جاں نثار کر دوں

وہ اگر خفا نہیں ہے تو ضرور بد گماں ہے

کبھی پا کے تجھ کو کھونا کبھی کھو کے تجھ کو پانا

یہ جنم جنم کا رشتہ ترے میرے درمیاں ہے

مرے ساتھ چلنے والے تجھے کیا ملا سفر میں

وہی دکھ بھری زمیں ہے وہی غم کا آسماں ہے

میں اسی گماں میں برسوں بڑا مطمئن رہا ہوں

ترا جسم بے تغیر مرا پیار جاوداں ہے

انہیں راستوں نے جن پر کبھی تم تھے ساتھ میرے

مجھے روک روک پوچھا ترا ہم سفر کہاں ہے
