آیا ذرا سی دیر رہا غل گیا بدن

اپنی اڑائی خاک میں ہی رل گیا بدن

خواہش تھی آبشار محبت میں غسل کی

ہلکی سی اک پھوار میں ہی گھل گیا بدن

زیر کمان دل تھا تو تھوڑی سی تھی امید

اب تو ہمارے ہاتھ سے بالکل گیا بدن

اب دیکھتا ہوں میں تو وہ اسباب ہی نہیں

لگتا ہے راستے میں کہیں کھل گیا بدن

میں نے بھی ایک دن اسے تاراج کر دیا

مجھ کو ہلاک کرنے پہ جب تل گیا بدن
