واقعی کوئی اگر موجود ہے

پھر تو یہ دکھ عمر بھر موجود ہے

بیچ کا رستہ نہیں باقی کوئی

یا خدا ہے یا بشر موجود ہے

اس کو پانے کی توقع ہے بہت

جب تلک یہ چشم تر موجود ہے

اس کے ملنے ہی سے پہلے جانے کیوں

اس کو کھو دینے کا ڈر موجود ہے

کوئی منزل کیسے تنہا سر کریں

ہم سفر میں ہم سفر موجود ہے

عادت خانہ خرابی ہے جمالؔ

ورنہ اچھا خاصا گھر موجود ہے
