کچھ اٹھا نہیں رکھا دل دکھانے والوں نے

ہم نے خستگی پائی دل گرفتگی پائی

خیر ہم سے کیا پایا دل دکھانے والوں نے

خوب وضع داری ہے زخم تازہ سے پہلے

ہم سے حال دل پوچھا دل دکھانے والوں نے

بے قرار ہیں آنکھیں کیسے اب لہو روئیں

خشک کر دیا دریا دل دکھانے والوں نے

سچ کہا سدا دل کو دل سے راہ ہوتی ہے

خوب ہم کو پہچانا دل دکھانے والوں نے

ان کی وجہ شہرت تو تلخ گفتگو ہی تھی

کیوں بدل لیا لہجہ دل دکھانے والوں نے
