اپنے ویرانے کا نقصان نہیں چاہتا میں

یعنی اب دوسرا انسان نہیں چاہتا میں

کٹ گئی جیسی بھی کٹنی تھی یہاں دھوپ کے ساتھ

اب کسی سائے کا احسان نہیں چاہتا میں

مر رہا ہوں میں یہاں اور وہ کہتا ہے مجھے

نا مکمل ترا ایمان نہیں چاہتا میں

پاس آ کر نہ بڑھا اور پریشانئ دل

پھر کسی عشق کا سامان نہیں چاہتا میں

تو محبت میں یوں ہی جان گنوا بیٹھے گا

جا چلا جا کہ تری جان نہیں چاہتا میں

چاہتا ہوں کہ یہاں پھول کھلے ہوں ہر سو

یعنی یہ جنگ کا میدان نہیں چاہتا میں

میں جو چپ ہوں تو اسے آپ غنیمت جانیں

دیکھیے شہر میں طوفان نہیں چاہتا میں
