جو شخص تیرے مرے درمیان ٹھیرتا ہے
تاشی ظہیر
جو شخص تیرے مرے درمیان ٹھیرتا ہے
اسی کے سر پہ ترا آسمان ٹھیرتا ہے
تباہ کر کے جو جینا سکھا گیا مجھ کو
وہ ایک شخص مرا مہربان ٹھیرتا ہے
جہاں پہ روز نئی حیرتیں اترتی ہوں
اس ایک دل میں کہاں اطمینان ٹھیرتا ہے
کبھی جو باتیں مری بے تکان سنتا تھا
اب اس کو حرف مرا داستان ٹھیرتا ہے
تلاش رہتی ہے اس کو نئے ٹھکانوں کی
ہمارے دل میں کہاں مہربان ٹھیرتا ہے
محبتوں کے زمانے وہ کیا ہوئے آخر
کہ کار خیر بھی اب امتحان ٹھیرتا ہے

jahan pe roz nai hairaten utarti hon
us ek dil mein kahan itminan Therta hai
kabhi jo baaten meri be-takan sunta tha
ab us ko harf mera dastan Therta hai
talash rahti hai us ko nae Thikanon ki
hamare dil mein kahan mehrban Therta hai
mohabbaton ke zamane wo kya hue aaKHir
ki kar-e-KHair bhi ab imtihan Therta hai
