تاشی ظہیر

اسی لئے تو تکلم کا سلسلہ نہیں تھا

وہ میرا بن تو گیا تھا مرا ہوا نہیں تھا

تمام عمر شریک سفر رہا وہی شخص

قدم ملا کے کبھی ساتھ جو چلا نہیں تھا

میں دوسروں کی ہنسی تو بہت اڑاتا تھا

خود اپنے آپ پہ لیکن کبھی ہنسا نہیں تھا

میں کیسے کہہ دوں کہ وہ شخص مر گیا ہے آج

وہ شخص سانس تو لیتا تھا پر جیا نہیں تھا

کسی کی بات کروں اس کا ذکر چھڑ جائے

وہ دور رہ کے بھی مجھ سے کبھی جدا نہیں تھا

مرے خدا تجھے الزام دے نہیں سکتا

کہ سچ تو یہ ہے مرا تجھ پہ آسرا نہیں تھا

wo mera ban to gaya tha mera hua nahin tha

tamam-umr sharik-e-safar raha wahi shaKHs
qadam mila ke kabhi sath jo chala nahin tha

main dusron ki hansi to bahut uData tha
KHud apne-ap pe lekin kabhi hansa nahin tha

main kaise kah dun ki wo shaKHs mar gaya hai aaj
wo shaKHs sans to leta tha par jiya nahin tha

kisi ki baat karun us ka zikr chhiD jae
wo dur rah ke bhi mujh se kabhi juda nahin tha

mere KHuda tujhe ilzam de nahin sakta
ki sach to ye hai mera tujh pe aasra nahin tha
